Ingredients
Puff pastry or pie crust
8 ounces cream cheese
1 ½ Tablespoon white wine
¾ Tablespoon Fresh Dill & Lemon Herb Blend
10 stalks of asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces, steamed
Medium shrimp or salmon lox, optional

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place oven rack in center position. Place Flexipan® Medium Tartlet Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
2. Using rolling pin, roll out crust onto Roul'Pat®. Cut shapes using Round Dough Cutter. Place each shape into well and press down with Shaper.
3. Gently poke holes in bottom of each tartlet and bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven.
4. Combine cream cheese, white wine and herb blend in a small bowl. Pipe filling into tartlet shells using Pastry Bag and Tips. Top with asparagus, shrimp, or salmon; garnish with chive spikes.
