1 cup rolled oats 1 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal 3 Tbsp flour 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup chopped almonds 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup dried cherries 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup almond butter 1/2 chocolate chips or white chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place FLEXIFLAT™ on a perforated baking sheet, set aside. In large bowl combine all dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. In a microwave save bowl combine honey, butter, and almond butter. Heat in microwave for 45-60 seconds, or until butter is melted. Whisk mixture until fully blended. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and mix well. Press mixture into FLEXIFLAT™ and bake for 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown. Take out and allow 10-15 minutes and cut into granola bars while still warm. Set aside to fully cool and drizzle melted chocolate on top (optional)
