3 ripe Mangos, quartered
1 medium Red Bell Pepper, quartered
½ Red Onion, halved
¼ cup packed fresh Cilantro Leaves
1 Jalapeño, seeded
¼ cup fresh Lime Juice
1 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Mango White Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon FRENCH PANTRY Tahitian Lime Oil
¼ teaspoon FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt, to taste

Directions
Place the Mangos, Onion, Bell Pepper, Cilantro, and Jalapeño into the Eco Chop and give it 4 – 6 pulls so that the ingredients are finely chopped.
Next, transfer to a serving bowl and add the Mango White Balsamic and Tahitian Lime Oil. Mix well. Season to taste with Salt.
